Short term rental.
One week minimum (with a prorata of weekly additional days). Low season summer offer from August 1^st to August 31^th. Low season winter offer from December 1^st to February 28^th except from December 21^th to January 2^nd.

• 700 Euros a week.
  

  Low season winter offer :	650 Euros a week.

• 650 Euros a week (minimum 2 weeks).
  

  Low season summer offer :	600 Euros a week.
  Low season winter offer :	600 Euros a week.

• 600 Euros a week (minimum 3 weeks).
  

  Low season summer offer :	550 Euros a week.
  Low season winter offer :	550 Euros a week.

• 1800 Euros a month.
  

  Low season summer offer :	1650 Euros a month.
  Low season winter offer :	1650 Euros a month.

Payment stages:

• 50% when booking minimum 1 month before your arrival (refundable less 5% for the expenses until 60 days before your arrival).
• 50% 15 days before your arrival (refundable) or in cash at your arrival.

$400 security deposit at your arrival by PayPal refundable after your departure or a check refundable after your departure, it will be cashed only if the apartment is damaged during your stay. The check will be returned to you by mail just after your departure from the studio.

No pets. No smoking.
Provided linen. House keeping supplied weekly.
